CNA and Cisco 500x Switch

When I try and add my 2 500x devices to cisco Network Assistant, i receive the following error:
Unsopported Device type: UnKnown
Cannot add device <IP> to community>

Is this a version issues, or setting issue?

Upgrade the  Network Assistant to the lates posible version.

The switch is not compatible to CNA and currently not compatible with CCA as well.
