Enabling Telnet / SSH access to a ESW-520-24P running software version - 2.0.3

I am stuck trying to figure out how to enable ssh or telnet access to an ESW-520 switch through the web console.  If any one has any detailed instructions on how to accomplish this I would be very appreciative.  Thank you

Nevermind, it was my DHCP server blocking access to the telnet port.  Thanks
