Firmware & Boot

I just noticed a new FW for the Sx-300's and 500's which shows very little has changed in the release notes.  Now what bugs me is trying to determine what the current boot should be.  The details under the current FW doesn't list the proper boot version so you kinda gotta go through each release version until you find one with a boot file, now that one appears a little different since it says Download Options instead of Download | Details of course you expand that and see an FW_Boot_x.x.x.x.zip file and of course x.x.x.x doesn't match the running boot on the switch so you download it to extract the file just to find out that the boot contained isn't x.x.x.x but x.x.y.y which is what is running on the switch.  Why so Gdamn convoluted, why not in each detail for each new FW isn't the proper boot file specified so I don't have to waste so much freakin' time trying to figure out if I have the right boot file loaded.  You guys are supposed to be intelligent engineers but you have 0 common sense.

Hello my name is Jonathan and i am one of the Engineers here at the Cisco SBSC team. I apologize for the inconvenience, indeed a new firmware version was release recently and it is 1.4.5.2 for this units, if you get access to the link below the latest boot code is inside the zip code that has the version 1.4.1.3 and the boot should be 1.3.5.6, I understand your concern and i will get this feedback to our team.

If you need further assistance feel free to give us a call at 1-866-606-1866. thanks and have a great day.
