Hi,

I am not able to enable ssh on SG350-10P gigabit poe managed SMB Switch.

I tried it by enabling by GUI in :

Security>TCP/UDP>Enable the ssh, https n telnet service

after accessing via putty, i am getting the msg "server doesn't support the ssh2 ..."

i have also attached the screen shot here for reference.

kindly suggest me, how to enable ssh access on switch. Rest all access is working.

regards,

Prashant

Hello Prashant,

Uninstall your current Putty and try to install latest Putty - 0.70:

https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest.html

Then try again SSH connection to switch's IP

Hope it helps.

Cheers,

Mike

Thank you Mike, this worked for me. I was running 0.67 when it wasn't working and when updating to 0.70 it worked.
