Hi Team,
I have Cisco SG300-52 52 Port Managed Switch. Does the switch support Inter-VLAN Routing with the help of a Layer 3 Device? If yes, please help me with the configuration.

yes its support L3 but it needs to be turned on from system section as out of the box there layer 2
once you enable it for layer 3 it will support intervlan routing automatically once the vlans are created
heres the admin guide its pretty easy to follow

I have enabled L3 and i'm able to create VLANs, but I'm unable to route between two VLANs...
Is it possible to route between 2 VLANs with only SG300 switch with L3 enabled?

yes its possible its a complete L3 device
have you enabled the vlan interfaces given them ips etc and assigned a local port to that vlan so it goes up/up, can you console in and ping from vlan interface to vlan interface that will confirm if its definitly an intervlan issue
vlan 1 vlan 2
ping 10.1.1.1 source 10.11.11.11
