@KeroCallahan hello, try internet explorer or some other web browser. this can happen if you have old firmware which do not support new web browsers.

@KeroCallahan seems like either interface corrupted or device is busy with other tasks.
option 1. give some time to load around 4-5 minutes.
option 2. try to access via CLI and check if device is hanged or any error logs and try restarting the device.
option 3. if you have backup of the config, try reset the device and access.

@KeroCallahan seems like service is not configured to accept connections. next thing will be reset. but if you do not have backup of device that will be bit tough to reconfigure device again.
