Problem connecting to CISCO SF300-24PP

Hi,

I just acquired my first cisco SF300-24PP, the first thing I did was download a new version of the firmware that I installed without errors, but after restarting I no longer have access to the router

Did you save the configuration before upgrading to new code ?

connect console cable and see is the device boot properly and what configuration it has now.

I delivered the initial version of the firm via cable serial but the problem persists.

I was able to reinstall via the console (cable serial) to install the firmware that came with the device I downloaded from the site CISCO

You need contact TAC for RMA i guess for the problem you reported. is that working before upgrade ?

Yes the switch is new I got to know and start configuring it unfortunately I I made the decision to update when restarting the switch I no longer have access ..
