SG 200-50P Ports Down

Hi All

I have Switch SG200-50P after the data center power down some ports is down and I can't access the switch, i try to search the internet for a reason but nothing helps,  can any one help

Switch Still powered on?

Have you connect the console on the switch what is the output on the console??

I can't connect throw the console also it appears like a symbols

In this case, you should have to try with factor reset and check on the console what happens.

check with the TAC if the device is valid for RMA.
