how can i do?
All l2 switch hubs except l3 switches have the same problem

My name is Sunil Soni from Small Business TAC team. As per the screenshot it's clear that device is running on the very older firmware version.
Please connect any PC directly to the switch and assign the IP address on PC in the very same range/ subnet of switch, open any browser (Chrome/Firefox/ IE/ MS Edge) and type the management IP address in the address bar and hit enter.
As you'll press enter, it will redirect you the login page of switch and there you will be asked to enter the credential.
Recommendation: Once you logged in to the switch, please update the firmware version (1.1.4.5).
Please try with the suggested steps and feel free to get a new service request opened if further assistance required.
