SG300-28 ACL Problem

I just could not understand why the blow access is denied even though I have allowed this from the ACL. Please guide

31     Permit             Any (IP)    Any    Any    192.168.0.5    0.0.0.0

45     Deny                Any (IP)    Any    Any    192.168.0.0    0.0.0.255

Hello

seems you are using port-based ACL with several entries and you displayed only two of them.

• are you sure that neither from ACL entries between 1 and 31 are not denying that traffic?
• what version number are you use on your switch?

Only these denies in all ACL
