is that keep rebooting? what is the issue, have you tried a factory reset?

@Ethan and Mia seems like image corrupted. try resetting first. if that is not worked, try to upload image to device using xmodem when xmodem OS requested and try to boot.

check this for a factory reset :
02-14-2023 11:28 PM
Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the power supply: Ensure that the switch is receiving power and that the power supply is functioning properly.
Check the cables: Make sure that all cables are securely connected and not damaged.
Check the boot configuration: Verify that the boot configuration is correct and that the switch is attempting to boot from the correct image.
Attempt a factory reset: If all else fails, attempt a factory reset by following the instructions provided in the user manual.
Contact technical support: If the issue persists, it may be necessary to contact the manufacturer's technical support team for further assistance.
I hope these steps help you resolve the boot failure issue with your SG300 switch. Good luck!
