SG350XG DHCP Snooping DB Backup

We have a a few SG350X series switches with DHCP, DHCP Snooping and IP Source Guard enabled running OS version 2.3.5.63

The "Backup Database" box is ticked under DHCP Snooping Properties, however it doesn't look like this is working as expected... 

After a reboot we are finding the table was lost and all users needed to renew DHCP leases to be able to access the network, syslog showed many ARPINSP-I-PCKTLOG notices until the renewals occured

How can we backup and restore this database ?
