Hi all,
A quick question, can I use all 4 SFP+ ports as uplinks or are some ports only available for stacking?
I am hoping to connect 2x HP servers and a Qnap array using SFP+ for which I need at least 3 uplink ports and the SG500X-24 fits nicely into my budget.
Thanks
John

I don't know the answer, but it would be my expectation that you could use all four SFP+ ports. There doesn't look like there is anything special to me about them.

Hello my name is Jonathan and i am one of the Engineers here at the Cisco SBSC team.
I hope you are doing well, on the SG500X Devices S1-S2-10G are stack ports by default. You can manually reconfigure S1-S2-10G and S1-S2-5G as network ports or stack ports.
I hope this help you. if you need further assistance feel free to contact us at 1-866-606-1866. here you have the admin guide in case you want to check more details of the unit. thanks and have a great day.
