Are you still facing this issue? if so please let me know, were you able to upgrade the firmware on the unit? at this point our latest version for this model is 1.4.5.2 so if the switch is not on this version can you do the upgrade and test it, if after this you still get the issue, i would recommend a factory reset on the unit and try again.
