Web interface no loading in Cisco Small Business 300 Series

Hi everyone!

I have a Cisco Small Business 300 Series Managed Switches as a floor switch. It is working fine (apparently), but I can no longer get into the web interface to manage it. The web page load till 70% and stops loading. Can someone suggest a solution please?

Hello,

Please try serial console access. Default speed is 115200 and null modem cable is needed.

You may post output here so we can comment on errors.

I was hoping to see error :-) Bu it looks like you have a console access with no issue. Can you test web access when PC is directly connected to switch? Do you observe the same issue?
