Is there a more current version of the firmware?
If so, how do I download it?

This device´s End-of-Support Date: 2016-02-01. I dont believe you can download software anymore.

@Jeff R-Team this model is EOL announces and will end support on oct.2023. make sure this is running same OS as you mentioned and verify before upgrade, because same SG300 is listed in cisco site related to this switch. you can find OS at https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283019669/type/282463181/release/1.1.2.0
