Is it still effective?
Can I solve this by patch the cables, how?
Thanks.

The 100m rule includes patch cables. If you need to go further, you need to look at fibre.

HI, [Pls RATE if HELPS]
Indoors, the recommended max is 100m (330 ft): 90m solid plus 10m patchcord allowance.
For further Mts / Ft to extend, you need to look for Fibre as said by PAUL.

If you need to more than 100 meters, besides the already noted option of using fiber, if it doesn't have to be just one run, you might also be able to use a intermediate switch to extend copper more than 100 meters. (E.g. up to 100 meters copper on one side of the intermediate switch and up to another 100 meters on the other side.)
