1841 Router limiting WAN speed from 50MB to 20MB

Comcast just swapped out our old cable modem with a new DOCIS3 unit and tested the link from the modem with 50MB+ download speeds.

I validated the test by directly connecting to the modem switch port and did speed tests from Comcast business class and dslreport sites with similar results of over 50MB.  The modem is connected to WAN port f0/1 with static ip address.

Tests done on the LAN side of the router all are limited to 20MB range.

Testing directly connected the HWIC switch port on the router also is limited to the 20MB on speed tests.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
