2960's losing configuration

Of 320 2960's I have had at least 10 lose their configuration without any exceptional occurrences. These were all pre-configured by CDW. I sent one off for FA and of course nothing was found.

Has anyone else experienced this?

What IOS version are they running?  Sounds like a software bug.  Check the Bug Toolkit:

I am running 12.2(52)SE   should have mentioned that before :)

I am not finding anything in bug tool kit as of yet

Ok, if you hold in the mode button for about 10 or so seconds it reboots the device and wipes the configuration....is there a way to disable this??

"no setup express" ?   Assuming "setup express" is applied, of course.

wow...I have never used setup express before. Maybe CDW did.
