2960 X 48LPD L not switching, license issue?

Hi,

I've 3 Switches WS-2960X-48LPD-L PoE . All of them have amber light on system after boot,

Vlan 1 is getting IP from DHCP but other ports once connected to host doesn't communicate over to dhcp.

I tried static IP also but its not working, there's some serious issue with these switches,

I checked about license, but Cisco says no license is needed?

Here're details,

3 Switches WS-2960X-48LPD-L PoE   - is this working before - any power Loss ?

Did AMBER  LED  on all interface ports - if you get a chance connect one of the switch console port reboots and post complete output.
