Does anyone know the exakt difference between this two versions? I can only suggest it's for stacking 2960X and 2960S (and hope it doesn't have the 2960X-Bug )?
Release notes only mention the 2960X!?

2960X after FCS follows the EX train; 15.0(2)EX3 is the last rebuild for it. 15.0.(2)SE4 is not applicable to 2960X.
