2960X 48 port PoE Cisco Phones Flapping ports

Bug ID  - CSCus35889 - (2960-X) "EEE" and PD device causing intermittent link flap - no fix yet

I am trying this fix:

: eee has been disabled on all interfaces -  "no power efficient-Ethernet" (be careful with this command as it restarts the interface)

Hopefully the cisco 7911 phones will stop randomly reloading or ports flapping.

One thing you may want to look at is to make sure the switch ports and the phones are using the same speed and duplex. "sh cdp nei det" will show you that.
