2960x-48td-L boot fail problem

 Hi,

I have a problem regarding booting Cisco 2960x,

According to the below image,Boot Fail message is appeared when the switch has been  reloaded.

Please help if anybody has a solution.

The switch is dead. Contact Cisco TAC and organize for a switch replacement.
