Faced with a strange situation, the mgmt port of the device did not respond to the ping of my monitoring software, and netadmin could not ssh in. However, CDP of other devices could see it, and the network service was normal. It returned to normal after 15 minutes. There was no Log, and the CPU usage rate in the past 72 hours has only been 40%. I'm currently at a loss. Please help me. My supervisor is hunting me = =

 - I have seen that in the past and think it is a bug ; try this release :

Thank you but my supervisor does not accept the upgrade without finding the bug ID. Currently, I use show tech support to TAC.

  - That's something that should be debated in favor of , it is an advisory release and not all fixes get documented as such ,

Hello!

I would suggest you look for issues at he management firewall/or wherever the L3 MGMT for switches is located.
