Happy new year!
Is possible create a stack with two WS-C2960X-24TS-L with lanbase license active using sfp and fiber-optics instead the proprietary cisco cables for stack ?

Hey you cant stack any switch like that you have to use the correct stacking cables regardless of the license as its a hardware thing not software
you would only be able to connect them via a trunk or access port that way

Just to add a bit to what Mark noted, the Cisco stack cables allow the stack to function as one logical unit, but you can interconnect them otherwise, as he also noted, and run them as logically standalone units.
(NB: if I remember correctly, 2960X stack cables run at 10 Gbps.)
