Hi All! Is there a cisco document that confirms if there is direct upgrade from 2960X Upgrade Path from 15.2(2)E6 to 152-7E12?

No, never seen such official document but direct upgrade can be done to the latest version.

However, there are a few things to keep in mind when doing this:

• The mandatory microcode update (boot loader/rommon) can easily take 30-40 minutes so be prepared for an extended downtime!
• Some tacacs commands changed, e.g. "tacacs-server" became "tacacs server" so carefully monitor the boot process for invalid command errors (check the release notes of the latest 15.2(7)E for details).
• Hence have a backup copy of your config at hand to check and confirm that everything works as expected.
