3550 SVI drops packets CPU 1%

Not applicable

Hi everybody!

Gig0/1 is a physical on the 3550 that is connected to a 4503.

Sometimes i drops packets when i do ping to 3550 from 4503 when QoS is enable... then i disable QoS... every comes back to normal again..

I see a lot of input drops on the SVI and none on the physical.

CPU always is between 1% & 6%...

First thing I notice here is your PAUSE output:

You may want to read up on this particular type of frame.  It halts transmission, which in a QoS environment isn't the best thing to have.  Take a read (short read, no worries).
