I have been searching but couldnĀ“t find the forwarding rate of the 3560 v2 switches (expressed in mpps).

Does anybody has that information?

Or is there a way to deduce it from other specifications?

thanks for your help.

I don't believe the V2 series are any faster than the originals they replace.  See table 2 in: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps5528/product_data_sheet09186a00801f3d7d.html
