Hi,

it depends on your License Level if it is LAN Base routed ports are NOT supported, otherwise should be fine.

issue the show license detail / show ver and verify ur license level.

Yes routed ports are supported.

routing using physical ports is supported on IP Base.

also routing using SVI is also supported.
