3725 Failed Fan Issue

We have a 3725 that had a fan failure.  Replace the failed fan and booted the router.  Everything looked good.  Sh Environment showed Fan status as normal. But, after a minute, started getting Fan Failed messages:

%FAN-3-FAN_FAILED: Fans had a rotation error reported.

Sh Environment now shows Fan status as Warning - low fan rpm condition detected.

So, we replaced both fans, same result.

Any thoughts?

I'd think about replacing the entire chassis.

If you search google for 3725 fan you will find companies that sell fan kits that are tested compatible and meet original specs.
