3750-48PS stack IOS upgrade

Dear Friends,

I want to upgrade the IOS version of 3750 48PS switches. these stacks are located on different building some of the them having 2 members and some have 3 members in a stack. please guide me step by step to upgrade the IOS of these switches Thanks.
