My 3750 switch is not booting and is stuck at the prompt switch:
i tried to initialize the flash and load the IOS via the boot command but it gives an error.
Is there any xmodem procedure which i can do to load another software

Is there anyway to increase the baud rate cos it is taking a long time to load the file with the normal rate

Please try the following steps to disaster recovery.
Do check the connections before proceeding:
flash_init
load_helper
dir flash:
set baud 115200 ---> for faster trasfer of image, do open a new hyper terminal with baud rate set to 115200.
copy xmodem:flash:
