3750 - IOS Code Error Detected

Hello, 

I received an alert from our monitoring system stating the following" IOS Code Error Detected - Please Check". as-vv-01:239008: -Traceback= 14EC7F4 1903868 15E18F8 155AE80 1556F5C 1558B9C 1552AC4 1B91B6C 1B885F8. 

I checked the logs but couldn't find anything relevant to this issue. Any input would be appreciated!!

I dug deeper in the log and found out these entries"

Can you please post the output to the command "sh version".  

FYI:  The most stable IOS for the 3750-series family of switches is 12.2(55)SE9.  If you ain't running this version, you should be.
