Hi,

I don't have enough space on flash memory to copy new IOS into. Do I have to delete current IOS and copy new one, without rebooting?

I'm going to upload the new IOS through LMS Software Distribution feature (see attached file).

You have 2 images in flash , get rid of the one in the directory, do a "del /force /recursive flash:c3750-ipbase-mz.122-50.SE1" .  This will get rid of that directory and the unneeded image inside and should give you enough room for your new image.

Hi,

Check for the memory requirements of the new image on the cisco site and if it is more than the free space, then you need to delete the old image.

After deleting, copy the new image and set the boot variable to the new one and then do a reload.

If your switches are stacked, ensure that each of them has a copy of new image on their flash before settin the boot var.

Refer to this link also:

Hope that helps.

I did a delete /force/recursive and I got 3 extra MB of free space. Thanks
