Hi,
Our 3845 router is frequently getting reboot. After analysis we found the issue as below:
"System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x62474E44, address 0xB7B4F6AD at 18:11:36 KSA Mon Oct 24 2011".
We checked the router using command : "Show region" and found the following:
Start End Size(b) Class Media Name
0x0FFFFE00 0x0FFFFFFF 512 Iomem R/W BCM region
0x2D800000 0x2FFFFDFF 41942528 Iomem R/W iomem

0xA0000000 0xAD7FFFFF 226492416 Local R/W main:(main_k1)
After working on the output interpreter we found that could be an IOS issue.Let me tell u the IOS version:
" Cisco IOS Software, 3800 Software (C3845-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(24)T, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)"
Kindly suggest and advice to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Have a look at this document on how to troubleshot bus crashes. You can also try loading a different release of IOS on your device. If that does not solve the issue, then you need to open a ticket with TAC and send them the error messages. If it is a hardware issue, you need to RMA it to Cisco for replacement, assuming you have Smartnet contract for it.

If there is crashinfo file, can you please post them? If there are more than one, post the last three.
