3850 Lanbase : SMART_LIC-4-EVAL_WILL_EXPIRE_WARNING

I have Cisco WS-C3850-24T-L x2units (Stacking) running IOS XE Fuji 16.9.1
I using Layer2 feature only+ stacking ,but I got some warning about evaluation period will expire.

The event log as below:
Nov 14 11:54:36 UTC: %SMART_LIC-4-EVAL_WILL_EXPIRE_WARNING: Evaluation period will expire in 30 days.
Nov 23 11:54:22 UTC: %SMART_LIC-4-EVAL_WILL_EXPIRE_WARNING: Evaluation period will expire in 21 days.

So what happens if the evaluation expired?
After evaluation expired , Can I use the switch as usual?
Do I need to order additional license?

If you reboot the switch, does the problem go away?  It could be CSCvh85225.

I'd recommend you raise a TAC Case.

I never test to reboot device, because device on production environment (running 24x7 without downtime).

So what happens if the evaluation expired? 
After evaluation expired , Can I use the switch as usual?

I open case to Cisco license team, They can fixed my problem.

They will assign your sale order to your Smart Account.
