Hello
is this every 30 mins or just when you completed the stacking and first started the switches.
Do the switches have the same iOS / feature set.
How many switches are in this stack.
Are your stack cables securely connected and using the full backplane bw.
Has any crashinfo files been created if so check them and see what might be causing the reloads
dir crashinfo. 2

Hi paul
Switch 2 was restarted after every 25 to 30 min and its haopening on same frequency. Stack cable are connected securely and working fine.
Atfer your comment i have check the version of my both switch and thry are different.
1- switch 1 03.02.02.SE
2- switch 2 03.02.03.SE
Do you think that is the problem which reboot the switch?

Hi,
Maybe to isolate
1)You can change switch 2 to be master see if switch 2 reboots.
2)Use the latest IOS and see if the same is replicated.
If the same switch reboots, possibly hardware failure.
Thanks

hi Rakesh
i can't swap the switches right now i had to take downtime from my client, but yes it can help us to identify the problem whether it hardware or software.
secondly i had notice the different ISO on cisco switches:
1- switch 1 03.02.02.SE
2- switch 2 03.02.03.SE
i am going to upgrade my switch 1 to the 03.02.03.SE.
thanks
