3850 Switch has no flash when remove from stack

Hi guys,

I removed two 3850 xe switches from stack sw(4switches) but one switch is working and flash is OK but other switch has no flash and not working? what is the reason for that?

Someone may have erased the contents of the flash or someone has changed the config-registry forcing the switch to go into ROMmon or the IOS is corrupt.

One engineer removed two switches from stack to install them in another place and found one of them every time reboot it's going to ROMMON switch: and no dir flash: ? Any Idea plz

when I made dir sda9: nothing show! I mean no emergency files in the switch!
