4006 management vlan crashes?

Okay.. For the last two days right at 4:55pm and 5:00pm our management vlan has gone down. Only affecting that vlan. LMS 2.6 network view shows dashes red lines to all devices.. Whats up gold starts sending off massive alerts cause it can't see anything by pinging...

yet.. you can telent into a switch other than the 4006 and ping any other switch that is supposed to be down.

we have.. 12.2(20r)EW1 with WS-4006 and a sup eng 4 i believe. Does anybody have any ideas on this?

I think the problem may on the hardware module issue. Please check that.

I have no experience on 4006 platform, but does it Only a managment VLAN issue? I mean could you access the Switch by difffrent vlan on any port?
