4500x optic fiber problem!

Heres the problem.

I need to have a optic fiber sfp in port 1 but it wont work.

It works fine in every other ports except the first.

If i plug a eth tranceiver in port 1 it also works just fine.

Whats wrong with port 1 and optic?

What error message appears in the "sh log"?

Well, nothing actually.

The optical power goes from -8 to -28 in seconds after i plug in the
tranceiver and cable.

We are not clear what is the port, is this on Module or Supervisor?

what speed of Optic?

can you post-

show modules

show interfaces <int-name> transceiver [detail] [threshold]  - working and not working (when the Optic inserted ?)

show run interface  gig  x/x (working and not working port)
