4506 power supply Syslog Message

Has anyone seen a power supply alarm like this before on a 4506 ?  >>

Problem Description: SYSLOG:C4K_IOSMODPORTMAN-4-POWERSUPPLY - [switchename]- BAD: Power supply 2 has failed or been turned off

2nd question -  where is the log output interpreter on the Support or TAC site ?  has it moved or is it no more ?

look at the power supply is it RED LED ? Try reseat it if there are 2 see if it comes backup , if it was working before may have just failed

Out put interpreter is gone , its all done through the cli analyzer now , very powerful free tool on the tools section in Cisco website , you can run your whole show tech through it and it even provides bug ids

Hi, no all the lights are green on both supplies and no alarm lit. I could pull the power supply but would need a customer change control to do that. The alarm is coming every 6 minutes. Thanks for the tip on cli analyzer... thx.

hmm yes id reseat it but couple of things Id check first , see what way the PS is setup whether standalone or working in tandem with other PS , the fact its green though maybe an indicator of a cosmetic bug if its working ok ,what's the show env command provide before doing anything ,
