4507r-e booting issue

recently obtain cisco 4507r-e with dual sup8-e

after booting up at the end i get this error : this is an unsupported chassis type for this supervisor 

Rom Monitor (P) Version 15.1(1r)SG18

IOS i am trying to boot version :150-2.SG11

Chassis : WS-C4507R*E

what can be wrong here to give that error ?

Hello,

on the Cisco Catalyst WS C4507R+E Chassis, the supervisors need to go into slots 3 and 4, which are the dedicated supervisor slots. Do you have this setup?

they are in slot 3 & 4

The chassis requires hardware revision 2.0 or higher to support Supervisor Engines 8-E and 8L-E.  This is a hardware design "bug".  
Look at the output to the following command: 

show idprom chassis | include Hardware Revision

If the value is not "2.0" and higher, the chassis cannot/will not support Sup8.
4507R-E also DO NOT SUPPORT Sup9.
