MY core switch 4507R+E
(cat4500es8-UNIVERSAL-M), Version 03.03.00.XO RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

when I connected distribution switch 10G cable then LED collor goes green to orange and after 3 to 4 hours I cant ping to any interface without managemenet ip

Possibly means the interface has gone into error-disable.
Can you kindly post the output to the command "sh interface status err"?

CSw1#sh interfaces status err
showing nothing...
ervery after 4 hours core switch not responding . when I restart it then it goes normal and after 4 hours again it not responding.
and sup status led which is green normaly when I connect DS SW then it goes to amber color..

Dear Marvin,
I have solve this problem.I have updated IOS cat4500es8-universal.SPA.03.03.01.XO.151-1.XO1.bin and set MTU on both side and now working fine .
