4507R High CPU on Cat4k Mgmt LoPri

Have installed some Netflow daughter cards on SUP4's. Code rev is 12.2.25ewa10. Cards were installed Jan 31st and no issues were seen. Netflow isn't even enabled right now. I'm just not sure what is causing such high CPU on that process?
