I agree very unusual but I know the power supply I inserted works as it was powering up a test chassis we have.
I thought it might be because of the power mode and/or because it is a 3000W power supply and the other power supply is 2500W but like I say the docs still say it should come online so not sure what is happening.
Obviously I want to make sure it is the chassis before having to swap that out as this is a core switch and would incur some downtime.
Nothing in the logs other than the OIR messages about removal and insertion of new power supplies.
1. Log into CLI of DNAC:
