6500 SFP CARD PROBLEM

I am getting this error below.

Line card reloads itself.

Try re-seating the blade.

we did that many times. not worked.

could it be related the max vlan issue?

Try moving the blade into another slot.

Otherwise, I recommend you contact TAC.  It could mean that your blade is faulty.

May be the supervisor engine crashed check with TAC

one of the coppers on the processor is removed

that was the problem

we fixed the copper and it is working now

We have a similar problem with one of our boxes. What exactly do you mean with "one of the coppers on the processor is removed" , what was the action you had to take to fix the issue ?

Hi Daniel,

on the line card, there is a chip and there is copper cooler for that but there is no fan, just copper cooller.

to pressure that copper cooler, thay soldered iron stich on the board. on of the solders were break apart, so we soldered again. and it  worked.
