I had a problem with the upgrade of super engine 2T IOS  yesterday. I was downgraded from IOS 15 SY7 to IOS 15 SY2. When the 15.0 SY2 software is imported to BootDisk, it is also set to start from 15 SY2. Reload switch, the following error occurs.

bootdisk:%s72044-atafslib-m: Digitally Signed Release Software with key version A

Initializing ATA monitor library...
Failed to load file into memory, bytes read 0x56d8000 expexted 0x56dc3a0
boot: cannot load "bootdisk:s2t54-adventerprisek9-mz.SPA.150-1.SY2.bin

Hope you heroes help me see this is where the problem

The IOS image is most likely corrupt - it's supposed to be 91079584 bytes in size (the decimal equivalent of 0x56dc3a0, and also the size displayed on Cisco's download site), but it's 91062272 bytes instead.  It should be downloaded again, and its size and MD5 sum checked before using it to boot the router.

Also, what version are you upgrading to 150-1.SY2 from?  150-1.SY2 is really old (July 2012)...

My 15.0SY2 version is download from my a switch, and then uploaded to the new S2T engine, download software to do MD5 check, upload to the new S2T engine, also do a MD5 check, is no problem.
Today I will download a new 15.0SY2 software from cisco.com, as you say.

My core switch is the software version that uses 15 SY2. The engine of the core switch is broken, and I'm ready to replace it with a new S2T engine, but the new engine is 15 SY7.

"15 SY2" and "15 SY7" sound a bit vague - there's 15.0.1-SY2, 15.1.1-SY2, 15.1.2-SY2 or 15.2.1-SY2, as there is 15.0.1-SY7 or 15.1.2-SY7...

thanks a lot for help !
