Hi Friend,
If you convert your CATOS to Native IOS the configuration will not work because CATOS use "set base" commands and on IOS its normal IOS base commands.
There is a CATOS to IOS config converter tool

You need a CCO login for the same and can use this tool where you can paste all your CATOS config and it will generate a Native IOS config for the same.
There are few CATOS configuration which this tool will not be able to convert and will show you at the bottom and which you can configure manually but most of them will be converted by this tool.
