Hi, we a have two Catalyst 6509 in VSS mode. They have MECs configured to interconnect them with the distribution-layer switches (Catalyst 3560).
When a link member of the MEC downs some VLANs fails too, I mean, the final users attached to the 3560s in some VLANs loses connectivity. One of this VLANs are routed through SVI in the 6500, but not all of them, like the voice VLAN.
I can see the VLANs in the 3560 without any problem, and both logs (6500 and 3560) says anything about that. None VLAN are pruned on the trunks.
Currently when changing the Authentication Template under the Onboarding section, there is no choice but to remove SGTs, VNs and IP Pools which clearly disrupt existing services.
