Hello,
We shutdown 6513-E to move it another DC. After booting we realized that "WS-X6708-10GE" module does not come up. We see the log message below.
%C6KENV-SP-6-NONNEBSCOMP: Module 12 installation makes this system non-NEBS compliant
Module cooling requirement is 84 cfm. But chassis per slot cooling capacity: 83 cfm. It was working before. And it seems fan and power is ok.
We re-seated the Fan Module, changed the 10G module slot, updated IOS (15.1(2)SY10). But none of them fixed the problem.
Would you please help ?

If the line card has been re-seated then the error message above tells me the line card is faulty.
Kindly read FN - 63743 - Catalyst 6500 - Might Fail to Boot Up After a Software Upgrade or Power Cycle - Replace on Failure.
